The participant understands that there is a risk of personal injury in the course of the trials and, with this knowledge, agrees to assume the risk of any injury and damages to participant during the event. Specifically, participant agrees to hold harmless the United Kingdom Muaythai Federation Ltd (UKMF) and all other individuals, organisers, sponsors, promoters, operators, hosts, instructors, associations, officials, directors, employees and other participants connected with the event from all losses, damages, injuries, causes of actions, claims, or complaints in the event that the participant is damaged or injured in any way during the participation in the tournament or during any activity associated with the event location or during transit to or from the event. Because of the physical demands of this sport, participant understands that he/she must be in good physical condition to participate in the tournament. I consent to emergency medical care and transportation in order to obtain treatment in the event of injury to me as the event organisers or its representatives may deem reasonably appropriate. This Release extends to any liability arising out of or in any way connected with the medical treatment and transportation provided in the event of an emergency. If I am signing on behalf of my child, then I am consenting to emergency medical care and transporting on his/her behalf. Participant further agrees to strictly obey and observe safety rules and regulations. Participant agrees that any pictures, audio, or visual recordings taken of him/her in connection with the event can be used for publication, promotion, articles, shows and advertisement without additional consent and without compensation at this time or any other time. I have read and understand this release and agreement and agree to its provisions. I am not under their influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other intoxicants. I am not suffering from any illness or incapacity. I am over 18 years of age. (If not over 18 years of age, parent or guardian must sign.) Due to the nature of the event being an Open trials, we cannot guarantee any athlete will be selected to travel to with Team GB.  In addition, we may not be able to offer alternative age or weight division should there be any discrepancies in making weight for an event.  All efforts will be made to ensure a fairly assessment all athletes, however the UKMF will not be liable or offer a refund should you disagree with our assessment.<br/>
In the unlikely event of the event being relocated or cancelled the UKMF Ltd will not be held liable for any losses incurred (including but not limited to flights or accommodation).  In the event of cancellation or postponement of the trials, the UKMF will make every effort to ensure you receive a full refund funds of your registration fee only.  However, the UKMF Ltd will not be liable for any other losses incurred.
